The company was good but the project assigned to didn't bothered of giving appreciation to employe for doing great /good work. The appreciation and benefits were given to only the one those who never worled.

Capgemini should focus on good and productive employees. forced to work from the office 80 hours training apart from work\ project managers are bad don't think about projects sustainability only focus on cost cutting

Rather than dislike I would say there are some things to improve like Bonus on basis of performance, more options in canteens which are available before covid.
