Salary correction should happen proactively. This applies to most of the well-known MNCs in the market.

Dependable organization to be associated with, someone who is content with average package and willing to upgrade without any monetary expectations should be the one who can apply. CG is best for freshers as they get to learn lot of new stuff and are willing to explain and their horizon.

Dislikes

Monetary benefits are not at all at par with market. Work life balance can take toll depending on projects.

Trainings Provided in the respective fields, In hand project Experience, Job Security, Exposure to new technologies/onsite people/new skills, company culture, team mates here are good, great WFH facility

career growth is slow, salary is low, appraisal is almost non existent, work load is very very and extremely high, work life balance is non-existent.

Good working environment. Teammates are very supportive and work life balance is very good. In current COVID- 19 situation, company is providing work from home facility to everyone and managing assets if required.

Decent salary but slow growth.

The company is having good brand value the compus is very huge and nice.

...ts. Only the person who are near to mangers will get latest project and onsites. The compensation and growth is very slow. Manager do not value your efforts and always de motivate you and make your feel use less. Client appreciate always go unnotice and at the performace review you get low ratings. Even though I got my self certified in Cloud and given trainings to freshers my appriasal and promotion is still remain same... every years they have excuse about market condition but on social media they show good growth in their profits.
