Only Job Security-- if you are placed in a right team, otherwise there is no guarantee. You can change your team and apply for IJP-- to get rid of one toxic team and to be placed to another(at least for 1-2 months you can enjoy)

...nce you go on the bench, you are out of the company, if you do not have network. The company finds stupidest reason for not giving hike, even they eat out at least half of your annual bonus. No scope for growth, you spend years waiting and hoping that someday you will get a promotion or good hike, unless you are extreme chamcha of your boss, you are dead, even if you have skills or take entire workload of your team. Some teams have extreme toxic colleagues, politics due to internal conflicts is worst than the current political parties in India.

Good learning opportunities initially for fresher during training and bench periods but once you get into the project then it totally depends on your project. Good work life balance still we are following hybrid model whereas many sister companies have already begin 5 days work from office.

Salary hikes and appraisal are non existent even if you get good rating don't expect much No matter how well you do in projects appraisals are given based on rating and if you belong to particular rating you will get same amount of hike irrespective of your individual contributions

...pment, supportive work station environment, and dedication to work-life balance. However, it shows room for improvement in terms of salary benefits and the speed of promotions/appraisals.

...ause they "An IT Company" don't have a system to manage employee data. LOL!!! Ensure a good salary hike while joining, because later, no matter if you work 4 hours of 24 hours you ain't getting anything more than 5%. Overtime and shift allowances are the lowest and it's a pain to claim all those. There are loads of apps for everything, and it gets frustrating at times to manage simple things like leaves or uploading tax proofs. Managers who are working for 10-15 years don't have actual work other than sending timesheets, fun activities, surveys, certification reminders. and playing dirty politics. Surprisingly, these same managers have the biggest and most fragile EGOs. Management and team members sitting onsite make sure their job is safe, and no other team member would go onsite so the billing remains low. Overall, if you become a manager's pet, it's an ideal company for you. If you raise concerns about processes, you will be tortured irrespective of your performance.
