Asking your manger for growth is like asking his salary. They will show like you are free to go as you haven't worked on anything. Politics for onsite location. Manager is a king. you cannot escalate his issues to anybody. If you escalate to skip or HR, anyway it boiled down to you. Have changed multiple projects, but same issue everywhere.

Culture and team work and support but it's depend on team to team.

Low salary hike, Rating and Promotion is very low and you will be strictly asked to work from office no matter what other wise don't expect rating and you will get mail from hr department directly like they will take some strict action and you if not come.

Work life balance is good, leave easily approved, Offices are very well standard and facilitate mostly mumbai and Bangalore office. Various projects you can switch your skills or add on.

Dislikes

For fresher there is very less increament, No bonus No gifts for dewali like festival as we are labour compalsary these things. But overall it's good

Comparatively better job security. Good amount of materials available for self learning.

Dislikes

Salary is bad, be prepare to work on nearly the same salary at which you join, for ever. Old timer Kanbay employees holding most of the senior positions and won’t let other more deserving employees to rise, lot of politics for promotions etc. don’t stay for more then 1-2 years even if you join.

Company is very sirious about women safety

Dislikes

Manager and team leader plan every day how to control people and do more jobe in less salary. If anyone not perform they will be fired on same day. Many employees face this problem
