Capgemini Business services it's very terrible company which will stole employees work and not giving enough salary to lead their life. Some of the processes required more than 12 hours work daily but no proper hikes and recognition. And there is no time for training and development. It's really not good to be with this company.

Most of the people are manner less in this company. And no proper recognition to employees who are working. I have received lot of client appriciation mails but they don't even ready to consider.

1.Work-life balance was good since beginning of the project but recently we acquired one more project with the same strength in numbers. 2.Do hard work, management will give you promotion without any blockers. 3.Complete job security will be provided and training will be given to the bench candidates on new adaptive technologies 4.Overall company culture is good. 5.Company politics are there if you search with microscopic view.

Low salary hike, Rating and Promotion is very low and you will be strictly asked to work from office no matter what other wise don't expect rating and you will get mail from hr department directly like they will take some strict action and you if not come.

... and junior managers don't know how to talk with new joiners or with employees. Hr's and manager are too confused about job role and salary/ location discussion. At first they agree on everything but once you joined they company they deny on everything that has been discussed earlier even if it's on mail ..and put you on bench and after 6 months asked you to leave due to bench period over or you are not able to be billable. Also your probation with not be confirmed and having said that they will kick you out of the company. Even if you complain to HR about the issues. So if you want to stay in this company don't stand for your rights and just stay as per them because manager and HR ...they can change policy anytime as per their convenience and ask to to obey otherwise there will be termination which leads to no job security in this company.

Capgemini has a good work life balance. Offers many financial offers like leasing of cars and many more options. Capgemini offers more on-site opportunities for the employees. The Hybrid policy is more flexible than focusing on the number of hours in the office. Have plenty number of offices in major locations in India so one could relocate easily within country.

Dislikes

The pay and compensation is way lower than any competitor in the Service based sector. After being for 3+ years just 15% is hiked till now on total compensation on what I have joined the organisation.
