Job Security is good if you are billable
Dislikes
1. The rewards in terms of renumeration is very poor.
2. Don't recognize the contribution of the employees by giving good pay hike only you can expect top/good rating but hike is very poor. You have to put paper to get the hike :)
3. Forget about Career growth.
4. As the it's Gurgaon based organization so the higher management gives preference to the employees from Gurgaon. Most of the awards, rewards are location biased.
