Job security, Pay hike while shifting to Igate

Dislikes

Asking your manger for growth is like asking his salary. They will show like you are free to go as you haven't worked on anything. Politics for onsite location. Manager is a king. you cannot escalate his issues to anybody. If you escalate to skip or HR, anyway it boiled down to you. Have changed multiple projects, but same issue everywhere.

No Hr connect. In 2 years only 1 connect from HR. Appraisal system is not good Few units in Capgemini don’t even follow the rules set by Capgemini. And Capgemini don’t do anything about it.
