Partiality in promotion New hire person with less experience can sit on your head boss but you will not get promotion. Appraisal happend as per location wise Promotion also happened if you are from gurgram or Pune location only Skill growth or certification is not possible in capgemini

I worked in Capgemini 1.8 years, HRs are too toxic, very poor management. HR won't be talk you properly. I should recommend plz don't join Capgemini.

...re toxic, they don't care about employees. There is proper policy for employees. No salary hick, no promotion, no work like balance. Third class management..

People here with average work have no fear of loosing jobs. It's for the good and high achieving employees who will not be satisfied with the mediocrity and unrewarding workplace. But yes I never felt I will lose my job here.

... is full of self righteous low iq people. Absolute zero hikes and no promotions. Abysmal salary and on top of that management wants everybody to work from office for 9 hours and then work from home for another 3 hours. The India CEO statement of 9.5 hours is absolutely false.
