minimal to No salary increase work culture- b2b weekend working, late shifts, scope creeps Gratuity is part of ctc and not contributed by company Rude behaviour of many people at key positions. CG has acquired a number of companies and the culture in those units is largely different from the CG culture

No salary, always given excuse even if we work hard, have been in Capgemini for last 10 Yeats they don't bother for increment. New joiners gets good hike and at last they are non performance, all work we have to do

No Hr connect. In 2 years only 1 connect from HR. Appraisal system is not good Few units in Capgemini don’t even follow the rules set by Capgemini. And Capgemini don’t do anything about it.
