...ous for Zero hikes/ 1 % hike for almost 3-4 year continuously ( From 2016-2019). To get promotion/reasonable pay hike then you need strong back up from some leadership otherwise nobody cares you or feel that you are in Organization. You need to demand/fight/sometimes Cry for you pay hike at every appraisal year. You will be promised to promotion in one BU, if you move to other BU, you are not eligible. 3. Career Growth- Mentioned already that if you reach 5 years in this company, your career growth will come to an end. They hire the same experienced person with good package but they don't prefer you as they will be in impression that you are unwanted resource or you wont leave Company anytime 4. Onsite- Very minimal, This is also varies from BU to BU and Project to Project 5. Work Culture- Ok but you will be squeezed by Onsite same organization people. Onsite people get high pay and assign their entire work to Offshore 6. Job Security- Capgemini was famous for layoffs, Management follow Use & throw policy. if no demand, you will be out 7. Innovation- You wont get enough time to innovate. 8. Work-Life- Not good

...our. Leadership will give all fresher under lead and asked to get the work done.no salary hike from last 2 year. Only boot leaker get promotion though there is some compliance issue.

CG as a company is very good for women professional. They have a very good work life balance. When it comes to appraisal, it is not very good. When you join, if you are placed with a good package you are lucky. However if you stay for longer duration, the growth will be very very slow. No additional perks provided by CG.

No growth in terms of salary hike when you stay for more than three years...Everything depends on management decision and not basis your work...

Not recognizing to the lottery service in capgemini employees. Salary level is very low and took 2 3 jump in another company and will considering to provide more salary. Apart from everything is good.
