Job Security is a real plus. Wor life balance is good but may varry from project to project.

...r 2 years and non billable role for q year still haven't gotten rs. 1 increment. CTC got increased with a big change in salary structure resulting decrement in take home salary. The management literally has big flaws. They think bout hiring from outside rather their than using their in hose talents even if there are experienced people siting on bench. No chance of changing technology. Even if you get selected I. A different BU your current BU head isn't going to give you a release. I work on Sundays for project timezone but never received Sunday payouts. Holiday payouts sometimes we receive sometimes not.

...re coming from tier-1 colleges they will give more salaries to tier-1 colleges. And employees who have been working for the past 2 years will never increase their salary but they will give 8+ LPA who come from Tier-1 colleges they don't check the knowledge they want IIT, NIT, BITS, etc

Company knows how to train people for their jobs. There are many people who will help you selflessly. Everyone seems proactive which is must if you are new to company. For freshers, it's a blessing as it not only train you the best but also gives moral values learning (which will help you your whole life) and also nice people who helps you in every situation.

One can get the good upskilling opportunity many learning platforms available for learning balance, ° Sometimes it depends on the project which indirectly help for growth of knowledge so immediately try to get project. ° Work life balance is excellent, seniors are supportive and helpful atleast in my case. ° Capgemini has many internal events please do take part pro actively ° Overall it is good for everyone

Genuine opinion, everything is fantastic but when it comes to salary, A3 grades faces the disparity in company no promotion till 18 months whereas other grades A4, A5 gets salary hike just after 6 months (probation) and again after completion of 1 year. The salary offered to A3 is very lowest. Actually that is not problem of Company. capgemini has great standards, its the higher management or HR tose who doesnt care about A3. °Initially package was 2.5 As well as some A3 have increment after probation with 3.8 lpa so that is again disparity after getting hired from offcampus why such disparity. ° The candidates with 3 yrs of degree get A3, but if you are from commerce with 3 yrs than kudos you will get A4. I have seen many people some btech passouts directly get A5 maybe due to oncampus but yes this can also affects someones career.
