Work environment is good, transport facilities is overwhelming

...is no but out policy for capgemini indian employees. The pay structure is awful. There is no growth in terms of salary. If you join at 20000 rs a month you shall end at 22000 after 4 years. If you are late for even 5 mins your shift allowance would be deducted. They dont give wfh unless u r a TL of manager. So at the end you will get frustrated as you will not be able to go out of the company as nobody would wait for u 3 months and neither u will feel lile to stay. I would recommend everyone not to apply to this company till the time its do or die situation.

Company culture is good. Teamwork is great, even people are really friendly. They won't make us feel alone or new comer. Help us a lot to develop our skills. Moreover, there is work life balance. As a new comer I cannot compare with any other company so overall Capgemini is good.

Dislikes

There are no promotions, salary benefits is less compared to other companies for my designation.

I couldn't even see the difference in my salary after apraisal.. Even after being a start performer... N work life balance!!! Only work balance is there... That's all

... am currently working for CG HRO and it is absolutely a disgusting experience...there is high volume of work every single day and almost nothing in terms of salary...if you ask me what is the appraisal amount, then I would say no matter how hard you work you will get an increase of 150-200 per month which is even less than any cab fare...And they have the audacity to tell you that there is growth but no money which is joke...even you will see growth not before completing 4-5 year with a salary of 1.8 pa..I am disappointed so much that I will soon give my resignation and atleast never even think of joining CG HRO.

There is nothing to dislike about Capgemini but we want to learn new skills and work on various projects which becomes a little bit problem.
