...ns with me like - Furlough leave, When i asked they told me about the furloughs. Also salary hikes are low.. For small Duration u can join like 1.5 years later u can switch.

Capgemini puts employees first and definitely takes care of their work life balance, mental health.

Dislikes

The salary package is way below the market slab. Annual increment is also not that good i.e. hardly 2-5%.

Good working culture, opportunities are shared to perform at next level, flat hierarchy leaders are always available to hear you out

Slow moving, decisions are centralised and flowing from france. Not a very good pay master

minimal to No salary increase work culture- b2b weekend working, late shifts, scope creeps Gratuity is part of ctc and not contributed by company Rude behaviour of many people at key positions. CG has acquired a number of companies and the culture in those units is largely different from the CG culture

No salary, always given excuse even if we work hard, have been in Capgemini for last 10 Yeats they don't bother for increment. New joiners gets good hike and at last they are non performance, all work we have to do
