Salary, bit underpaid. Capgemini will pay higher for the same role if they want to hire somebody new however they won’t pay the same to an existing employee for the same role

Lots of politics and leg pulling, Superficial subject knowledge, Compensation is not to the industry standard; however, it depends upon your relations with your reporting authority, if you are in good books no need to work even.

Capgemini puts employees first and definitely takes care of their work life balance, mental health.

The salary package is way below the market slab. Annual increment is also not that good i.e. hardly 2-5%.

...ns with me like - Furlough leave, When i asked they told me about the furloughs. Also salary hikes are low.. For small Duration u can join like 1.5 years later u can switch.
