Capgemini is a good organisation if you're able to work long hours and generate a lot of revenue. You have to make sure you're on standby mode all the time.

Well, compensation and benefits aren't satisfactory. This should allign with the designation.

It is a people driven organization that gives an individual enough room to grow while fostering a great work culture.

Capgemini has managed to brave it through the pandemic with excellent results, however the annual compensation revision can be much better or else the growth prospects are staggered and stagnated.

I am in Finance and haven't seen much work pressure here. They have more than enough FTEs to perform activites. Job security is good. Hybrid mode structure is there so one is not forced to come to office everyday.

Dislikes

...leave the organisation before years they have to pay training expenses of 2lacs. They also provide 50k of retention bonus after 2 years which is fully recoverable if you leave within one year of payout. CTC Structure of Capgemini very misleading and disappointing. Bonus, Gratuity are part of CTC which is unethical. 3 months notice period.
