...There are no timely increments, no proper off days, and no holidays to speak of. There are no bonus offered, making it feel like the hardwork is not recognized or rewarded. Overall, capgemini are simply bad, and I would not recommend working here.

... 1. They did not provide appraisal for employees who are 1 year 11 months old 2. No outing, no party, no celebration, no holidays on festivals, it's like just get the salary 3. Heavy pressure, forget about lunch breakfast dinner , if you are lucky then will get it on time otherwise it always messy

...re coming from tier-1 colleges they will give more salaries to tier-1 colleges. And employees who have been working for the past 2 years will never increase their salary but they will give 8+ LPA who come from Tier-1 colleges they don't check the knowledge they want IIT, NIT, BITS, etc

...port team and now I have been getting training but not allocated to any project. In the meanwhile they doesn't believe on employees health, they can't change location and they debit my salary and all.

Good exposure, great middle management and supportive superiors. Very good learning experience.

Salary and benefits not up to market level. Not employee friendly company policies, irregular and untimely pay outs of non salary payments
