Capgemini really care about their employees, train them very well, great HR policies, but having less career development or growth. For a fresher its a great working and learning place.

Dislikes

Capgemini must increase their salary structure, must be conscious with what is happening with their employees or time productive time should not exceed the companies policy.

Initially I felt difficult to get adjusted but this company is very nice compare to other companies good for married and people who needs to give time for their family to balance both work n home....pressure less employee friendly 😊

They have a collaboration with udemy and coursera and many more . I learned few skills and this helps me to grow

No salary appraisal I have worked almost 2+ years. Don't Even get a single rs hike in my salary. It is the same form where i started. I also met with people who worked here from almost year and their story is also the same

1.Work-life balance was good since beginning of the project but recently we acquired one more project with the same strength in numbers. 2.Do hard work, management will give you promotion without any blockers. 3.Complete job security will be provided and training will be given to the bench candidates on new adaptive technologies 4.Overall company culture is good. 5.Company politics are there if you search with microscopic view.

Dislikes

The salary will never be adequate to what amount of work you deliver. On an average, the salary is 40-50% less compared other big service based MNC's
