Salary paid on time which is very important for any employee to continue to work with company and also the Training part which is also very all employees to learn as much as they can.

Dislikes

There is not promotion for some employees if they are exceeded 4-5 years or more which is not good culture for any company.

No appreciation, no increment, no promotion....only higher management people get salary increments and promotion. For lower level employees they dont have budget... No recognition from team manager...team lead pretend to manager like he only handling team...worst management You can not take leaves on days you want but still on name of work life balance they force you to take random leaves

...There are no timely increments, no proper off days, and no holidays to speak of. There are no bonus offered, making it feel like the hardwork is not recognized or rewarded. Overall, capgemini are simply bad, and I would not recommend working here.

Capgemini Provides best opportunity for freshers

...oyees (One type of harassment) , there encouraging only north Indian employees. There is no concept of bonus, increments and hikes in the capgemini. North Indian managers it looks no difference between freshers and Experiance, it looks equal burden. Why capgemini didn't selects South Indian peoples as managers. There is no opportunity to give south Indian peoples as managers for all teams.

9.30hours , no leaves for Indian holiday's, bad work culture, micro monitoring tool installed on laptops to ensure what we are doing on daily routines , no appraisal , no hikes/no bonus, No benefits to employee even working on complete nyt shifts. Capgemini is not following Indian culture
