Job Security is a real plus. Wor life balance is good but may varry from project to project.

...r 2 years and non billable role for q year still haven't gotten rs. 1 increment. CTC got increased with a big change in salary structure resulting decrement in take home salary. The management literally has big flaws. They think bout hiring from outside rather their than using their in hose talents even if there are experienced people siting on bench. No chance of changing technology. Even if you get selected I. A different BU your current BU head isn't going to give you a release. I work on Sundays for project timezone but never received Sunday payouts. Holiday payouts sometimes we receive sometimes not.

Salary is good.

Dislikes

You have to give interview to get into a projects. If you can not crack it you will be on bench and then after some months you have to forcefully get resigned by the HR. If you cannot perform well inside a project, some of the supervisor has the mentality to escalate you from the project without any warning or any discussion about your performance or withoany suggestions like where u need to focus or work on. Also will give some false allegations for escalation. If you get escalated from the project within ur probation period u will get escalate from the company. Need to change there policy who are having 1st time MNC experience.

...re coming from tier-1 colleges they will give more salaries to tier-1 colleges. And employees who have been working for the past 2 years will never increase their salary but they will give 8+ LPA who come from Tier-1 colleges they don't check the knowledge they want IIT, NIT, BITS, etc

Job Security is good if you are billable

Dislikes

1. The rewards in terms of renumeration is very poor. 2. Don't recognize the contribution of the employees by giving good pay hike only you can expect top/good rating but hike is very poor. You have to put paper to get the hike :) 3. Forget about Career growth. 4. As the it's Gurgaon based organization so the higher management gives preference to the employees from Gurgaon. Most of the awards, rewards are location biased.
