...There are no timely increments, no proper off days, and no holidays to speak of. There are no bonus offered, making it feel like the hardwork is not recognized or rewarded. Overall, capgemini are simply bad, and I would not recommend working here.

no indian holiday no leave no usa holiday Sat sun off but out of 8 weekend 2 days work no WFH. Causal behavior. apart from tea nothing available. Transport is worst in the word.

Mainly work life balance. We upgrade our selves with different skill by internal trainings. Capgemini spend more money on learning development

Dislikes

Mainly not consider long serving employee and management doesn't try the employee's salary hick or equal to market value. If this company takes care of exiting employee's compensation then it is best company to server more years

Poor salary as per fresher.Same work done by fresher and experienced people but still a lot of difference in salary due to fresher tag. Shift allowance is a joke for early morning shift. 100 rupees per day for 6AM shift. Company policies are to exploit freshers and employees.
