work life balance is good, in general, colleagues come from different cultural background, you collaborate and learn, if you are in a growth zone (account, region or technology) chances are that you would relish the work pressure

Compensation is below average and growth is slow. Relationships matter more over performance, training and re-training is weak area, in general the company fears more about loosing people than getting them upskilled. Soft (people) skills is an area for improvement at senior levels

Work life balance is good, leave easily approved, Offices are very well standard and facilitate mostly mumbai and Bangalore office. Various projects you can switch your skills or add on.

For fresher there is very less increament, No bonus No gifts for dewali like festival as we are labour compalsary these things. But overall it's good

Comparatively better job security. Good amount of materials available for self learning.

Salary is bad, be prepare to work on nearly the same salary at which you join, for ever. Old timer Kanbay employees holding most of the senior positions and won’t let other more deserving employees to rise, lot of politics for promotions etc. don’t stay for more then 1-2 years even if you join.

Manager and team leader plan every day how to control people and do more jobe in less salary. If anyone not perform they will be fired on same day. Many employees face this problem

... and junior managers don't know how to talk with new joiners or with employees. Hr's and manager are too confused about job role and salary/ location discussion. At first they agree on everything but once you joined they company they deny on everything that has been discussed earlier even if it's on mail ..and put you on bench and after 6 months asked you to leave due to bench period over or you are not able to be billable. Also your probation with not be confirmed and having said that they will kick you out of the company. Even if you complain to HR about the issues. So if you want to stay in this company don't stand for your rights and just stay as per them because manager and HR ...they can change policy anytime as per their convenience and ask to to obey otherwise there will be termination which leads to no job security in this company.
