I am not getting market salary. In Capgemini 3years experience employees getting almost 10 LPA. I have 7+ years experience but I am getting only 7 LPA. please consider this message as a high prayarty and don't loss good employees from CAPGEMINI.

No promotion No salary hike Micromanagement Although hybrid policy but as per manager you have to be in office every date Polities is on upper side No recommendation for early stage or mid career. Good when you are in mid 40s or 50s

No leadership qualities in managers ,After doing hard work and stretching after office hours ,you will not be rewarded HR is non reachable Project management is very bad Micromanagement at all levels
