Geetanjali, Ashish Sharma, Padmini, etc. neither have done any pure play management consulting projects themselves nor have a clue on how to run the team. You will eventually end up in a IT AMS services role as a PM/PO, BA or Scrum master.

There is no recognition and appreciation for the hard work. No promotion or no salary hike. There are lots of politics and nepotism from both managers as well as from HR. for simple reason managers putting on PIP . which resultant employee are on the bench and it's a very terrible way to terminate employees from company.

Nothing to be liked, it’s a pathetic company with lots of educated fools sitting around. It’s a trap to get into these foolish company. The only thing I like is my client. A Swedish mining company. They are great!!

...c, the HR is the biggest fool and in house learning culture is a load of shit. The salary is soo bad and the support is useless to mention. Here they care more about their utter waste of a policy more that employee well being. 90 days notice period is idiotic.

Very good company for career growth and learning opportunities are huge and plenty of internal capability development programs. Paid courses like SAP, Azure are provided for free of cost and certification charges are provided by the company.

Dislikes

...rs (minimum 9.5 hours to be maintained on daily basis during non COVID time). Compensation is not upto the level that other companies provide.

...rk. Never given opportunity for next level. Got rating 1 for 2 continuous years. But no hike or promotion. Very cunning those who took long leaves got promoted and hike. No back up plan I was forced to quit. Sorry to say this it is a fact.
