Good work culture, work life balance.

Dislikes

Worst compensation. Designations does not matter. You get 6% hike even if you get promoted with very low salary. But the responsibilities you get for the promotion will be as if they compensated you well and good. Not sure HR has a heart in this company. If you try talking with them, they will divert you from the topic of salary discussion and will try to get away from that conversation.

Provides good support to learning and career growth.

Dislikes

Company pays variable pay annually instead of quarterly. Relatively less recognition for the work. Leave policy structure is not good. There are categories like sick leave or casual leave. Everything is under planned leave.

Skill development is promoted widely, lot of options across various learning platforms and almost most of them are Capgemini sponsored

Dislikes

Salary, bit underpaid. Capgemini will pay higher for the same role if they want to hire somebody new however they won’t pay the same to an existing employee for the same role

Good for people who don't want to work / don't want to work on challenging things.

Dislikes

Very less to not at all salary hikes. They will make you learn all new technologies related to your project but you will not be using those skills anywhere. People with more experience seem to have not proper understanding of how things work, they don't have proper knowledge skills in their domain / or skills which they have already worked on.
