Get one cloud certification reimbursement per year. Keeps employees updated with training related trending technologies like generative AI.

Dislikes

As a fresher you may end up working for the same position and on same salary for long period. I have saw the freshers(who have done graduation from BCS, BCA) who joins Capgemini at CTC 2.5 LPA and after 3 years was on 2.75 LPA. So as a fresher you might stuck in this. You might get selected for technical role but after you may end up doing support task(For fresher's who's first company is Capgemini).

Job Security is a real plus. Wor life balance is good but may varry from project to project.

...r 2 years and non billable role for q year still haven't gotten rs. 1 increment. CTC got increased with a big change in salary structure resulting decrement in take home salary. The management literally has big flaws. They think bout hiring from outside rather their than using their in hose talents even if there are experienced people siting on bench. No chance of changing technology. Even if you get selected I. A different BU your current BU head isn't going to give you a release. I work on Sundays for project timezone but never received Sunday payouts. Holiday payouts sometimes we receive sometimes not.

...re coming from tier-1 colleges they will give more salaries to tier-1 colleges. And employees who have been working for the past 2 years will never increase their salary but they will give 8+ LPA who come from Tier-1 colleges they don't check the knowledge they want IIT, NIT, BITS, etc

... their employees (Higher Management) if you are working well in the project. 2. Salary is always on time and I never faced any issues in receiving salary

1. Work-life balance is not great, your manager decides how your work-life balance will be. 2. Onsite peoples ask for weekend support 3. Even if you join as a fresher, they will expect more from you

Likes

Company knows how to train people for their jobs. There are many people who will help you selflessly. Everyone seems proactive which is must if you are new to company. For freshers, it's a blessing as it not only train you the best but also gives moral values learning (which will help you your whole life) and also nice people who helps you in every situation.

Dislikes

... problem of relocation as my manager and account didn't have problem with it. As always like any other company salary can be more competitive ;)
