The only reason is salary hike.. you only get good package when you newly join the company

Growth is not same for low level employees in the organization and the salary increments are not as high compared to the higher management.

Have a good working culture and the team mates are also cooperative. Can have a good growth in the sector

I haven't received the revised pay as per the annual pay. I got the appraisal for the promotion and haven't received the pay for ratings which will be given every year.

Capgemini puts employees first and definitely takes care of their work life balance, mental health.

The salary package is way below the market slab. Annual increment is also not that good i.e. hardly 2-5%.

...ns with me like - Furlough leave, When i asked they told me about the furloughs. Also salary hikes are low.. For small Duration u can join like 1.5 years later u can switch.
