CG as a company is very good for women professional. They have a very good work life balance. When it comes to appraisal, it is not very good. When you join, if you are placed with a good package you are lucky. However if you stay for longer duration, the growth will be very very slow. No additional perks provided by CG.

No growth in terms of salary hike when you stay for more than three years...Everything depends on management decision and not basis your work...

Not recognizing to the lottery service in capgemini employees. Salary level is very low and took 2 3 jump in another company and will considering to provide more salary. Apart from everything is good.

Job Security. Employees used to get projects easily if the current one ends for any reason.

Dislikes

Career Growth. Very long time frame for an IJP/JR and no growth with pinch of salary hike even after being top ranker in the team.
