Current team is good within department, Good learning opportunities since you have to take responsibility of complete work.C off for the weekend is good for staf.

Dislikes

No fix date for salary, more involvement of owner in projects, clueless senior staff, more senior staff than junior .Administration and HR is pathetic.No job security.

...orking as a contractor firm and getting bills from Clients for like every month. But yet our firm and CEO is not able to pay us the salary from Last three months. There's no appraisals and hikes before 1 year. HR is only with you before onboarding, as you get onboard they'll start ignoring your calls, and start ignoring you as well. It's a Dussehra and Diwali fest and still Labours, Vendors, and staff waiting for salaries from past 2 and half months.

Good for learning phase. Lots of stress on site.

Dislikes

...k pressure. No leaves on even Sunday. You've to work 7 to 09-10 without break. Salary delay by 1-2 month depending site.

Site management, staff allocation, quality and safety is good.

Dislikes

No job security, No work timings, salary is not on time . They have no value of staff, If you are working with them for long tenure they have no value of yours. They provide higher salary for newly joined staff while the other old staff are getting paid very low salary for the same designation.
