The salary has always been on time.

1. The QCs do not check properly the content and will send you rework 2. There is no timing. You will get calls even during night from the QCs 3. Lack of proper communication. 4. They install a software in your laptop to monitor and take screenshot of your screen 5. Zero job security. Initially you will feel that you have job security. However, they can end the employment without any prior notice or warning. They will have problem if you complete your task early. It will not matter whether your quality is good or bad, if you are not active for 8 hours strictly, you will be laid off.

Not many reasons for disliking it. My only suggestion would be to have a diversified field for writing content other than only academic writing.

...ra words you’ll write!!! Disgusting behaviour from quality team and many more. Thus, do not get trapped in the high salary and all those medical insurance traps. Been working in this field for almost 3 years now, have not seen any company more awful than this one. The company needs to keep their canniness aside if they want to retain people. Lol.

No job security. Even you perform well qc will give very poor rating and then they will simply stop giving. This is not only happened with me but also for another four members of my friends. If you had any second option prefer that because you will not have any job security in this company

You do not have a personal life If you are ill, they will not consider you and create pressure. Till you can work like a machine you are the best. They will ask you to write engineering tasks even if you are from art backgrounds. With minimum pays you have to write the subject they want. Will increase 0.5 paisa during season and forget the next month.
