1. The QCs do not check properly the content and will send you rework 2. There is no timing. You will get calls even during night from the QCs 3. Lack of proper communication. 4. They install a software in your laptop to monitor and take screenshot of your screen 5. Zero job security. Initially you will feel that you have job security. However, they can end the employment without any prior notice or warning. They will have problem if you complete your task early. It will not matter whether your quality is good or bad, if you are not active for 8 hours strictly, you will be laid off.

You do not have a personal life If you are ill, they will not consider you and create pressure. Till you can work like a machine you are the best. They will ask you to write engineering tasks even if you are from art backgrounds. With minimum pays you have to write the subject they want. Will increase 0.5 paisa during season and forget the next month.

... and retain excellent staff who is intelligent and also polite at the same time. The company provides compensation on time and good pay. Quality of services is at the heart of the company.

Good portal where everything can be managed online including invoices, good workload, before time payments, no extra deductions, good staff, good calling system (they use IVR calling for writers which is normally used by the customer care). Good opportunity considering pay hike for good quality.

I have worked with many freelancers. But the quality they are looking for is not a cup of tea of an average writers. They are looking for only excellent writers and they communicate this at the time of recruitment.

It was very terrible experience.

During 2nd wave they have asked us to work from home. During that time i was not well and opted for immediate medical checkup. The owner of the company fire me for it. The owner and other two ponies of him doesn't even know how to run their small firm. The management was very poor. Every two months those three would change their job roles and take over the tasks and would create a havoc. It's not the real proofreading job coz they ask writers to write assignment for abroad students.
