There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Job is secured, staff are inclined to learn new scheme, work culture is to be improved, staff should understand why they have been posted, customer service is essential, otherwise no point in working in Banks, Management is good, but some executives behaviour will differ, Undeserving person occupying the high profile will behave like this,-

Staff are good in behaviour. Work life balance is average. Bank has good reputations among public sector bank.

... could be because cutting expenditure. Career growth is good who is capable of. Salary and perks is not upto work load. Work life balance is poor for those who looks after credit. Work distribution is not good. There is more work loads for officials looking after credit. No incentive for good work.
