just some perks like conveyance and medical. Salary just 34000 starting for a PO which only increases 1500 per month in an annual increment

...rassment from top management. Very high targets and illogically defined targets. Very bogus salary structure. Other PSUs are earning double or triple. Even a hospital nurse is earning 1.5 times than us. Transfer every 3 years

Timing Management approch towards specialist officer Structural changes Poor profile charges Unofficial calls for working on weekends without any comoff Late sitting culture. Poor HR. Handing over work which is not related to profile. Unnecessary calls from higher office and putting pressure to do things which are not correct as per policy. Urealestic targets. No fixed office time.

Dislikes

The worst bank for any employee. No proper infrastructure but wants 100 percent output.Accute staff shortage leading to higher customer dissatisfaction. No work life balance. Not good for Hindi speaking people.
