...team behavior is none less than demon and devils. Promotions are only in dreams. The salary hike is so less that you will die poor. Work-life balance only in papers, managers will ask you to office even on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays. Unofficial working hours are more than 11 to 12 hours. Managers will ask you to work on wrong data and will expect you to be 100% right. Any small compliance issue you will be out of the organization. For Lunch, you have to wait in a queue in the cafeteria. Training team will torture you for completing useless e-learning courses which you can't even understand.

You stay longer, you become stronger is applicable everywhere but not in CAMS. The longer you are associated you're considered to be an useless person

Work life balance is good, but compensation has not grown for 15 years in keeping with inflation

Based on my review. for the past 11 years, I worked in CAMS. CAMS is a good company to learn most about given by training is excellent. . Overall it's a good company for the past 30 years a company is still doing business in current trend is excellent and its team, employees, support. Again, i am looking for CAMS job if they readmit me. Thanks

Dislikes

No promotion or very poor hike in salary at par the latest industry trends in India. One employee must wait at least, 10+ years to get any promotion. It at the person is well with co-managers or hiresup. Maybe he gets. any hike in salary or promotion. At least, a person must be in the SPO range or AM range is possible to sustain his / her life in CAMS. because of the current trend like unemployment hanging in the Indian industry.

once everyone says its a flexible job, but nowadays everything changed by management. retrenchment is more nowadays in CAMS.

Dislikes

No more promotions...salary hike is very low below the market conditions or even a brick man or Carpenter can get good salary than Cams Middle level Employees. Feels very sorry to say and sad most of the employees in CAMS are now unemployed. Because, most of the freshers coming for very low salary for 6000 to 9000...!!!!
