Top management change randomly and they come with his team it is very difficult to handle different people and two and three year

Good for the newbies.. Company has opened new MFG in Haridwar in 2019, and Sonipat in 2020.. Its a booming company...

12 hrs job. HO in delhi, and most of the staff are Females, which make this company a little STUPID. When I was in Campus Haridwar, there was a new joined in HO named (Ambika wadhwa) CEO I think, she starting to K.O all the senior person (VP type). A little piece of advise "Do not made her MAD".

Nothing, the people are uneducated and unskilled still have good posts and are manipulating things , the vp is the cheapest and only seeks women attention. The hr is egoistic and is useless incase you need any help and is manipulative.

The vp is the most disgusting human available there, after that comes the hr who is in a unofficial relationship with him.

The company is on Boom. Campus shoes have high market values compared to other big brands. Poor people are more likely to buy this brand. Shoes quality is very good. It has all types like sports, casual, loafer sandals etc. I am sure it has bright future in coming 3 to 4 decades...

"Zero" Job Security as very unprofessional management team who doesn't believes SLAs, KPI driven performance but based on Executive assistance feedback. EAs are close to chairman and they are given luxurious amenities on Companies money. More than half of people doesn't even know to operate Laptops and email writings , But got promoted as General Manager. Unethical business practices and Team china is full of corrupted people and earnings lakhs of money from fabricators/Vendors. There are no policies , No structured meeting , No Vision and Goal. only EA's and girls who are close to the chairman running the show. VP/Managers doesn't have power and decision making authority. Once season (Aug-Dec) is over company does start harassing people so they can leave and company reduce the cost.

Dislikes

There are no Training and development and career growth. Shouting on floor , among the group of the people and firing people is very common as a work culture. Their is no culture of two way feedback. Chairman stand near the gate while login time just to observe how many people are coming late more than 10 mins. No process adherence , MD seats in stores everyday and force employees to push defective / Scrap materials for production. Most of the designs are copied from the Branded Companies and company does not have skillful design department. No quality control , rejected/defect product is getting sold just not to have loss. Highly political environment and career spoiling and proprietary in nature company. Please Never ever join.......
