Worst HR worst company policy people are double faced, political environment, they should never be trusted, pay so less, HR is the reason i am leaving this company because of so much politics

Very knowledgeable team that also shares that knowledge with employees. Salary is on time each month without any delays. The Sr. Mgmt. is focused on the growth of the Company along with the growth for employees.

Nothing significant, though the processes can be more transparent. Also a clear career path shared during onboarding will be of help.

the work culture and management is only pushing for production. but there is no new training methods and new approach has been welcomed. Internal Politics ruined the work culture specially for the Bangalore location

We can learn and improve skills is only the good thing we have but that too limited to which project and line of people you assigned to work.

Dislikes

Job security is the top on the list. Next comes the work culture. There is a huge disconnection starting from HR till all other functions. Lack of communication to employees on anything related to policy or other information, Poor administration team, Partiality between locations (High preference to Bangalore and less preference to Coimbatore), Unhygienic work floor, Pantry and Restroom. Entire leadership team from Founder till TL level on one call discussing and all the projects and yelling at each other in front of the whole group feels like showing less respect to any level of employee.
