Only interview part. You have to prepare for position you have selected for no training given & expectations as if they pay you in Dollars. I was ask for force resignation in May 2021.

Hire you for manager then change your designation to normal executive. No training and expectations are like they pay you in Dollars. You have to attend meeting OOH and In hours. No PF deduction abs no holiday benefits.

It works for few people who are like them mainly unethical.

When they higher employees their vision of getting outcome from the team is very clear but what that teams needs to achieve that growth is none of their business. They will not investment a thing and will not give a damn about the inputs but expect extremely unbelievable results from the employees.
