Really a nice company to start as a customer care executive. Its a team work company but also apresiate for indivisual performance. Work culture is great. Most importantly the CEO is a very cool gentleman. So its a win win.

Nothing except moderate compensation. Really good for a Kick start.

...a caller for continuously 10 years 😆..they will make you work like donkeys ..they can even ask you for overtime without pay. Do not expect salary increment.

nothing just make your office and place clean and set 9 hour job for every employee , if your are giving sat and sunday off to some employee so you also apply this with all staff.. thanks
