A worst management of the company.

...ffer letter and experience letter as a hard copy but not on mail the soft copy. If you are working on this management then issue the salary in cash now why on account you are issuing . The employers and the head of operations are not good in that company. The housekeeping after company is also not good They give us a wrong comment that they are giving the parking facility but they do not issue Call to company treat the employer as a sleeves and labour. Call to connect company and the support staff don't know that the business is going in the base of employee not at the base of employer. Because employee is a creditor of company and employer is the debitor of the company Call connect company support to employer not to employee. I suggest to every person not to go in that company It's better try for first source , techmahindra and etc

Team Leaders and HR's can be obnoxious. Demand too much out of you. Politics - likes/Dislikes, back biting, salary may be less according to job description. No benefits, stipends, Cab Facilities, Food Allowance, Lack of innovation. No motivation

Salary may get hold if you ask teammanager difficult question till 25 of every month 4. No salary slip after joining for 6 months 5. Attendance sheet is not shown 6. Long working hours 11 hrs But at the time of joining said 9 hrs 7. Uneven cuts in salary 8. No PF Life Insuranc health insurance 9. All 6 days working you can get holiday between Mon to Friday sat sun working 10. At the time of evening completing your duty ask your manager before leaving every day
