Timely salary, food and hybrid work culture

Dislikes

Appraisals are way less here. They hardly give 3 to 5%. And for some teams, they don't give at all. Service-based company treatment here. Some managers do micro-management.

Dislikes

No hike policy, HRs have no clue, your managers have no clue. You will just dance around between US and Indian policy. You will find yourself attending a call at 12 am or 6 am in the name of flexibility.
