...ey own. I was initially headhunted by a recruitment company named JOB SOLUTIONS. They offered a considerably good package for an expat. After my first two months, I travelled back home on vacation and was asked to not return to India. I was terminated with no reason. I was not offered a severance package as per my contract. Even to this date, I have no official communication from the HR department. It has been a terrible experience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND CADILA OR JOB SOLUTIONS to anyone. STAY CLEAR.

No Job security. Employee can be told to go home anytime without any intimation. Lala company: whatever is told by the MD, needs to be followed anyhow. No MNC culture: No professional work environment, everybody speaks bad language even in office area. Even managers/gm shout on the employee. Late appraisals/increments: 2020 appraisal disbursed in Oct 2021. Avg. increments: between 5-8%

Great place to work if you are willing to learn and work long hours . Lot of cross functional exposure Freedom and liberty is there to innovate and experiment Sound system and process with huge investment in IT infra

Mercurial Promoter .. takes decision on whim and fancies hurting the business and Careers of the employee Unrealistic business targets and VERY HIGH SALARY given to leaders to perform on the targets and they fails miserably and are than Sacked

They do not respect more than 10 or 12 years old dedicated and loyal field field staff due to higher package since they are working since last many years and invested their youthfulness to grow the company .cadila removed them immediate and sudden with any allegation or misconduct of work discipline. There r many examples.

Incriment very low , OT not proper pay and very low for officer leave, not any activity participants with you or your participate for our compitition and your number 1 ,2,3 not appreciate for you , any work good well but not appreciate for you manager and other , only for work and work , I feel very bad you know work for company to home and home to company
