Job Responsibilities Secondary sale monthly target. New product launching. Effective brand Distribution. Effective coverage.Vc cooler secaning.Vc cooler wise target complete. Daily productivity call. Unique line bill. Top outlet wise target.

Career growth is very slow. Off roll job DSM. Salary is not good. No job security. apka performance achha h or aap monthly Target ka 100 % to 110 % bhi karenge tou apka. As a TSI promotion nhi hoga

Great Brands to work with , Good pay structure and rewarded as per merit. The daily working culture is fairly adjusting and gives space to breathe and think. Good talent pool and people have shared long tenures on the past in the organisation.

Dislikes

Career planning is weak and Dialogue is one way. There needs to be more clear path shared with timelines. Also don't set wrong examples by people cutting que to get desirable roles.

Location of office as it takes me almost 2hrs one way to reach off.. Salary grade wise benefits. Many times lower grade team members gets ignored.
