A decent launchpad for freshers, but not so much for experienced professionals. During the entirety of my tenure with the company the salaries rarely, if ever, got delayed. Also, it being a CMMi Level 5 company, one gets to learn about CMMi processes. The company also used to provide free lunch and office cab to the employees working out of Gurgaon office prior to pandemic.

...ose to the industry standards. And management can be flaky about the appraisals. It is better to ask for a good salary at the beginning itself as often appraisals are skipped altogether for a financial year.

Management, they do not accept new people on boarded and have nature of not working and not letting other work, if someone works the higher manager would hold you for mistakes no matter if its actually a mistake or a myth and it's just to highlight that working people are not accepted.

In the beginning of covind-19, 50% salary wat cut and after that every month 20% salary is cut. This company is very bad company. If someone wants to cut 20% salary then go to this company.

This company deducts 20 % salary, so I would say that no body should work in this company.

This company has been conducting layoffs since October 2023, forcing employees to resign. Employees are required to exit within a day, though they are paid for the next two months. Only those who engage in favoritism are appreciated. The AVP - Technical spends the entire day playing Candy Crush and Teen Patti, and during layoffs, he ensures job security only for employees from Bihar. The AGM - Technical has no idea what his team is working on. He spends most of his time socializing with his friends in the office instead of focusing on building quality products. His solutions are always makeshift fixes (jugaad), and he lacks knowledge of coding best practices. Although this company claims to be CMMI Level 5, it does not follow any proper processes. There is no real learning opportunity here—whatever skills you have, you may end up forgetting. HR and Marketing team lead need to upgrade their skills
