I apprectaite them for giving me my first job right during my graduation. The pay was pretty good and it was unexpected. The company focused on employee development. There were frequent team outings and rewards given for good performance. I felt valuable while working with byjus. Few managers who had good experience outside byjus were very supportive and acknowledged harkwork and efforts.

Dislikes

Tough the pay was very good but the work-life balance was negligible. Even if you had 30 casual leaves available , 15 sick leaves. U had to email manager well in advance for your sick leaves also. How on earth can a person predict when he or she is gonna fell sick? Plus sometimes it was like working for no heart person. There was zero human nature seen in managers who had started career in byjus and were working for the company for quite a lot time. Ultimately it's because of those careless and inhuman Managers that the company is losing everything.

...ts infact it has terminated me when my leave started. I was very helpless there. I was in hospital to deliver my baby and insurance company denied to pay my insurance coverage stated that company has terminated me 3 months before

Managers and management always take initiatives to skill up employees so that they can grow in career even if you stay in byjus or not but they help with your skill development just you need to be vocal enough.

With the currect situation salary, job security is biggest concern . Major dislike is employee won't get updates regarding any negative things like delay In crediting salary, layoff before time. Increments are not happening

... work culture. Discrimination and particiality is the core of senior herarchy. Sallery deduction and unwanted LOP is the way of cost cutting.morever won't get incentive for 8,10months and will change your parameters to disqualify you from getting incentives. Better to join other company of Ed-tech, it's fact you won't get higher sallery (but not reality) in other company,but surely you'll be paid for your hard work and dedication and will have transparency for your future endeavours.
