work culture is good But salary is not coming since last 3 months The employee will work but there is no notification from your side. The most important thing is that if the employee thinks about the company, then it is the responsibility of the company to think about the employee.

No work-life balance No Job Security Immense Pressure Poor Management No Salary Appraisal No promotions or growth Company is in its last phase of survival, old employees are leaving and only hire and fire system. They are hiring new employees for 6000/month in CRT and 16000/month in probation. Kindly stay away from this company, it's a big scam.

Which I like most is salary Depends on our performance the money will get in the organisation, Support from our manager (Ravi Teja)is good In every situation either it may be low or high he will encourage allways.

Target based organisation Next level of pressure from higher management,If Target has not completed they make to work on week off,Working hours are like horrible We work but no recognition from higher end Inside politics may be high so that no promotions and appraisals.

There is no work Life balance. There is no time for work you have to work 14hrs in a day . No job security, management is also not good, they can fire you anytime, they are not ready to listen your concern even if it would be personal problem they will not support you.

The organisation promised to pay post the training a sum of ₹10,000. Which was never paid. Post that 2 months of working went on; for which even a rupee was not given. We were only hold that there are issues going on the payroll department and we will surely very soon get the money. And the money was never credited. It never came.
