... Peers and Manager are great. I been great learning experience all team members. Salary and all compensation. I was also provided extra course material to learn new technique related to my work.

Apart from my salary i like every thing about Byju's. I am getting less for my role. Hope to see some hike in future. Thank You Byjus :)

The salary is the best part of the company. The work culture is very competitive and the collegues are just amazing.

At times it gets a bit hectic to be highly competitive but can't complain about it literally as it offers huge package 😇😍

...k at byju's is compensation that they provide, that too have various conditions. There is no assurity that you'll get your daily salary also because they have specific conditions which you have to fulfill to get the salary.

Job security and work culture is all good but third party contract has lot of issues regarding job security and most important point is about the salary . Direct employees gets their salary on start of every month with no delay but contract based employees face lot of issues.

Never join to " Replication Team" there's nothing to learn nor to develop your skills. Lot of internal politics that TL of this team plays who does not allow you to grow in this work culture. New ideas are not given way and no suggestions are appreciated as its considered dominance . The company is really doing good but work with such team spoils the work culture of byjus. I was not re-hired to the company from my third party pay role due to TL of this team as she had targets the employee who questions or gives any suggestions . So please don't join for replication team at all because you will end up with job insecurity, dirty internal politics and suppression in employee's growth .
