While you are working there they pays heavy amount in the name of salary and TA etc.But if you need your F&F they will not pays you your pending salary, incentives and TA.

There is very slow processing with costomer dissatisfaction. I think no one is happy from there services and all.

1) Monotonous work 2) Slow growth 3) Working on festivals 4) Work pressure Byjus is a company who treats its customers and employees as dustbins. The company is focused on pampering the investors. People who doesn't have a family and life should be recommended to join Byju's because you'll not be given holidays for any festivals. Weekoffs are rotational and won't be on weekends. Even if you're in the hospital you'll have to work. I'm not exaggerating, they don't care about your health. They need machines not humans. From the bottom of my heart I'm telling this to all my friends please don't join BYJU'S. It is just a money trap. I would not even want my enemy to face what I'm facing right now in Byju's being a process specialist. I'm pretty sure byjus is breaching all the employee related laws set by the govt. Customers are however cheated and so employees working here in Byju's. Please don't waste your life joining here. To all people who are checking for reviews of process specialist -BYJU'S - You all deserve a better company to work in. I would not recommend this job for you. BYJU's has one saturation stage. That day Byju's will know the value of each employees. Good luck to you all.

I have worked over there for 4 months, their training is difficult but after completing it, and doing one other of service , I left the job because of huge work pressure and they have given me negative FnF They were not responding and I posted this complain on social media and they contacted but doesn't helped me out Now I need to pay them 6000 wow... This company really deserve a failure. They didn't even given me experience letter I just have separation mail
