Only thing a employee can be happy to see the salary that too after 1st working day of the month. And the incentives which will be credited in parts which no one can explain how they are gonna be credited and when.

First and foremost thing the language that the hierarchy uses to discriminate the employee for no such serious reasons. No work life balance No leaves can be availed even you have your employee portal showing enough leaves to be availed. Even if they are taken on force the employee would be paid back with rough time later after he comes back to work. If u try to avail them formally over email u would be rejected ruthlessly over the same platform. Lack of transparency. Am employee would never be respected for the position he works even if he is a manager or so, and not sure how long u can work for the same role. Things change over night here. There are no such fixed timings to work you might be asked to work late hours also if the manager doesn't feel you worked for the day. Not a process driven company. Every other day new rules pops out. Management feels are at high level and doesn't even care what the lower hierarchy goes through.

office politics was much higher, people promotes there undeserving candidates on the basis of how much bond they have with employee. work culture issue and office timing.

... work culture. Discrimination and particiality is the core of senior herarchy. Sallery deduction and unwanted LOP is the way of cost cutting.morever won't get incentive for 8,10months and will change your parameters to disqualify you from getting incentives. Better to join other company of Ed-tech, it's fact you won't get higher sallery (but not reality) in other company,but surely you'll be paid for your hard work and dedication and will have transparency for your future endeavours.

Everything ie culture, work life balance , career security, transparency and upper herarchy from ASM.

Worst culture and senior hierarchy is partial, no support when required instead of this they try to traumatise and make tham to resign. Cx support system is terrible. No service after sales, things only visible on paper. After exit no miscalculated fnf

They purchase Manager and BDA with high pay and perks for unfortunately wrong practices. For some time employee enjoys there salaries after that due to high pressure they fired or in mind to quit.

Pathetic!!!! Organization is fooling the Parents. After sales service department is not working. Money making company not even single thing of humanity. Only Akash Institute is genuine and unfortunate that Akash is owned by Byjus now. Akash owner certainly feel regret that handover to wrong Organization as Akash was really doing great work.
