...career in sales.If money is something that drives it's the best company to work.All your salary and incentives would be on time.Traveling would never be an issue as all your travelling would be company sponsored.You would always travel in OLA.Job security is obviously on your performance.It's a target oriented company,Achieve your targets and you will always be happy.Office and team parties are really awesome,you will really make some good friend's and memories..!!!

Coming to the bad things about the company. 1) Work life balance is not good.You will have too much work pressure,working hours and targets to achieve.Mon and Tue is an official off but your manager's will definately make you work on Monday.It was not tough for me as i used to achieve my target's and i used to love my work. 2) If you love sales and targets.your in a right place. 3)Career growth is good and based on your performance and most important thing,you should have a very good bonding with your manager and AVP of the respective city your working in. 4) You will learn to sale something on the spot,you will learn to convince people,you will learn CRM.(A good b2c experience)

I have learn so many things of there.i had good colleague and friends. I had a team, they are my inspiration. Mostly I want to say there have some Good managers, they are not forgottbelee.

This is a Giant company, Boss and manager are thinks always as a street dog to us. There is no promotion, no salary growth, no incentive. No guarantee for your job. Any time This is So called Boss has decided who have in system or who not. Last 3 month salary pending to us, there is no messages or no mail from their side. Absolutely untrusted and untruthful company.

I experienced worse work culture there was not fixed timings you have start your work every day by 10am and have to work 9:30... I was working during covid time ,if my target gets missed sometimes I had to make sales and works in the weekend also...

Work culture was worst and management is very pathetic nothing special at all only pressure and my salary every month too late provided me and my salary is holding month of September 2023 they are not paying me
