Worst work culture. No place for hardworking people. partiality is the correct word to describe. Worst company I have ever seen. No togetherness in any of the people. Don't wanna ever join this.

No roadmap from top management, no plans to improve business, too many leaders for limited sales team , no week off , frequent policy changes , layoff , incentives not paid on time …list can go on and on

High Upper Management aint know the lower management processes and defamed work style of upgrading the people on the basis of connect but not on performances.

You have to wore more than 12 hours every day. No appraisal, salary too less for all these long hours. They make you do overtime with no extra payment. Terrible culture and too much unnecessary pressure.

I have worked over there for 4 months, their training is difficult but after completing it, and doing one other of service , I left the job because of huge work pressure and they have given me negative FnF They were not responding and I posted this complain on social media and they contacted but doesn't helped me out Now I need to pay them 6000 wow... This company really deserve a failure. They didn't even given me experience letter I just have separation mail
