... not supportive.company policies are fake no any respond customer and employees.everytime delay salary.

There is a lot of political and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is not timely.on the job training is not given to new joinees.

The only best part from my point of view is the salary package they offer. Its my view, so do not be judgemental.

They say 9.5 hrs is your working hours but they make you work like 12-14 hrs a day. It's terrible. Now you say how can one maintain healthy lifestyle of hos working hours is 12 hrs,min 2-3 hrs in travelling to office & back forth to home. 15 hrs gone. Now you have 9 hrs in hand, how would one lead a healthy life, it's impossible.

... trust me, scam for people who needs job, scam for customers, scam for everyone. 10lpa salary is the biggest scam, don't even think about it, you will work for 15 hours a day and still your salary will be deducted, that's not my personal grudge for the company, it happened with 90 percent Infact 95 percent of my colleagues.

There is no job security , input parameters are difficult to achieve 2 hours of connected talk time rather i believe they use ojt and training period to meet their ends
